Employers are becoming increasingly interested about what they can do to improve the health and wellbeing of their workforce and to reduce absence.

Indeed, according to the Office for National Statistics, an estimated 131.2 million working days were lost to sickness or injury in the UK in 2017 (an average of 4.1 days per worker per year) – and staff absence costs the UK economy billions of pounds each year.

Health screening can help improve health and wellbeing among staff but only a relatively small number of employers currently offer these to their staff.

This webinar will look at the benefits health screening can offer both employers and employees and examine the range of offerings currently available.

It will also look at how health screening programmes can be tailored according to an organisation’s budget and also explore how it can be tailored to different age groups within a workforce to ensure the information delivered is relevant to all employees.
