There is a long held perception that flexible benefit platforms are complicated for employers to buy and implement but, in reality, this is far from the case – and there has been a huge change in the offerings available over the past five years.

There are now an increasing number of off the shelf options available for employers – flexible benefit solutions that give smaller as well as larger firms the ability to easily provide a range of benefits to their staff.

This webinar aims to debunk some of the myths surrounding flexible benefits and looks at how they can help employers meet the needs of ever-more exacting employees and ensure their staff’s wellbeing.

It will discuss the range of benefits available on platforms and look at how such offerings can give employees access to benefit that may have been unavailable on an individual basis.

The webinar will also discuss the future of flex and how to give employees the “consumer grade experience” they are increasingly expecting.
