Pavan is a senior Trustee Director at Independent Governance Group and the firm’s investment lead. He previously worked in investment banking where he managed a portfolio of currency and interest rate derivatives, covering a wide client base including pension funds. He currently sits on a range of boards, including one of the largest DB and open DC plans in the country. He frequently contributes to industry commentary on investment related topics.

Philippa is a senior portfolio manager in Aon’s delegated investment business. She is the lead portfolio manager for three of Aon’s fixed income funds and for a several of Aon’s delegated investment clients. She has over nine years’ experience in the pensions industry.

Calum is a Partner and Co-Head of Clients for Aon’s Investment Business. He draws his experience as Head of Investment and Chief Executive Officer for Aon Investments Canada to support investors to understand and implement investment strategies. He is a regular commentator on topical investment issues, featuring most recently on CNBC, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, the Globe and Daily Mail among others. Calum has an MBA with distinction from the Strathclyde Business School, an MSc (post-graduate) in Economic Policy from the University of Strathclyde, and an MA (Honours) degree in Economic Science from the University of Aberdeen.
