Webinar description:

When fully implemented, pensions dashboards will show individuals their pensions information online, securely and all in one place.

But while it sounds simple, multiple parties and technical services need to be connected into an ecosystem to make dashboards work.

In addition to these technical issues, there is the whole issue around the end-to-end consumer experience for the dashboard – and a huge amount of consideration is needed around how the industry is going to cope with people who can’t get onto dashboard ecosystem, as well as those who can get onto ecosystem but have questions.

As well as this there will also be challenges around how the dashboards will change the resourcing and cost of administration – and the broader impact on other stakeholders.

This webinar will look at the latest steps in the dashboard project as well as examine the issues that are broader than just tech and data.

It will look at the end-to-end consumer journey for the dashboards as well as how the industry will maintain credibility and consumer confidence during the dashboard rollout.
