Prior to joining SSGA he was Head of Solutions Fund Management at Legal & General Investment Management, where he lead a team of fund managers specialised in LDI and outcome oriented solutions for Defined Benefit, Defined Contribution and insurance clients. He has a BSc and Masters in Economics and Management, and MSc in Mathematical Finance.

Olivia is Head of European Institutional Strategy at State Street Investment Management. She is a subject matter expert on institutional investment issues and is responsible for developing investment strategies and thought leadership to support institutional clients. Olivia works within the Global Client Coverage Group and is responsible for setting the European sales strategy. Before joining State Street Investment Management in 2017, Olivia worked for Willis Towers Watson as a DC Investment Consultant where she advised DC plans. Olivia holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics from the University of East Anglia and is a CFA charterholder.
